This program focuses on creating clarity. By the end, you will be able to clearly explain who you help, what problems you solve, what services you offer, and what you charge - without hesitation or over-explaining.
Rather than chasing a “perfect niche” or writing abstract positioning statements, the work here is practical and grounded. We focus on identifying a viable market you can realistically reach, positioning your expertise around real buying triggers, and shaping your services and pricing so they are easy to understand, defend, and sell. This is the foundation everything else depends on.
Program 2: Consulting Growth
Attracting Clients, Sales & Negotiation

Once your positioning is clear, the next challenge is generating consistent demand. This program focuses on how consultants actually attract clients, run sales conversations, and close work without pressure or gimmicks.
You’ll design a realistic client acquisition approach that fits your personality and market, learn how to turn interest into sales conversations, and develop a clear structure for running calls, handling objections, and negotiating fees. The emphasis is on confidence, control, and repeatability - not posting more content or relying on referrals alone.
Program 3: Scaling & Growth Through Systems
Consulting Systems

Many consultants reach a point where work is coming in, but everything still relies on memory, effort, and personal involvement. Growth feels risky rather than exciting.
Here we focus on building simple systems across delivery, sales, and operations so your consultancy can grow without burning you out. Using the Consultant Maturity Model as a guide, you’ll identify where you’re over-customising, where value is leaking, and where small systems can create disproportionate leverage. The goal is not scale at all costs - it’s sustainable progress.
