Why Video Testimonials Matter

Anyone can:

  • Add a logo to a website

  • Write a flattering quote

  • Paraphrase client praise

Very few people can fake a satisfied client on camera.

Video testimonials are among the strongest trust signals you can use because they communicate:

  • Authenticity

  • Conviction

  • Emotional tone

  • Relationship quality

  • Confidence in results

You can see whether it’s real, you can hear whether they mean it. If someone isn’t very happy with your work, they will never agree to record a video testimonial.

That’s why video is near the top of the proof hierarchy. You should be featuring plenty of them on your website.
