How We Start
Every engagement begins with a one-hour working session ($250).
This isn’t a discovery call or a sales conversation.
It’s a proper coaching and strategy session where we work through a real problem you’re facing right now.
During this session we will:
Clarify the core issue you’re stuck on
Explore options and trade-offs
Identify next steps and priorities
Get a feel for how we work together
At the end, we’ll decide together whether it makes sense to continue on a monthly retainer.
If not, you’ll still leave with clarity and a concrete plan.
The Ongoing Retainer
If we decide to continue, the retainer provides simple, high-touch, ongoing support.
What’s included:
Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Focused on decision-making, positioning, offers, pricing, and business strategy.Email support between sessions
For quick feedback, sanity checks, and course correction.Hands-on strategy work
We actively work through your business challenges — not just talk about them.
