Good article. I appreciate practice is different in different sectors - but in the NHS and public sector, most commissions are nominally based on an agreed day rate and a set number of days.
NHS I agree - sometimes you can't change the system and need to decide if you want to work within that system or not. It presents its own set of challenges. Public sector more broadly we've had a range of working agreements.
